Get messy & be inspired to MAKE ART this summer with Berkshire Art Center!

Join Berkshire Art Center (BAC), formerly IS183 Art School, for up to 9 weeks of fun and creativity this summer! BAC’s art camp programs engage 4-14 year olds in hands-on, visual art exploration alongside a local artist, introducing them to a variety of art-making materials and approaches.

This summer, camps run from June 20th to August 18th, with many full day and new half day offerings available. Sign up for a single week of camp, or join us for the whole summer! BAC’s camps offer a wide variety of diverse themes and art-based projects that become part of a young artist curated art show at the end of each camp week. Get messy and explore art mediums such as painting, drawing, collage, sculpture, printmaking and more - every child is an artist in Berkshire Art Center’s summer camps!

Site locations for our camp programs this summer include our fabulous Stockbridge studios, Citizens’ Hall, for children ages 4-10 years old and our new Pittsfield location, the Brothership Building, for young teen artists ages 11-14 years old. Our full day camp programs occur from 9:30am-3:30pm with extended camp day options available. We will also be offering some half day morning camps from 9:30am-12pm for our returning 4-5’s camp age group and half day afternoon camps from 1:00-3:30pm for select weeks of our 6-7’s camp age group.

Space is limited, and our camps fill up quickly! You can find detailed information about our summer camp offerings and register online at berkshireartcenter.org/summer-art-camps. You can also give us a call at 413.298.5252 to sign up over the phone too!
