Berkshire HorseWorks, Inc. provides experiential sessions and workshops in team-building and skills development for individuals, families, and organizations, as well as fun, frolicsome outdoor wellness activities for people of all ages!
At the ranch, lives are transformed through the powerful interaction with horses in both mounted and non-mounted activities.
Berkshire HorseWorks uses the powerful EAGALA Model of Equine Assisted Psychotherapy in ground-based activities to address those with mental health and behavioral challenges, offering the tools to cope, heal, compete, challenge, communicate, lead, empathize and thrive in today’s stressful world. All recreational activities help fund programs for those at risk.
Volunteer opportunities at Berkshire HorseWorks bring together a wide range of individuals with different skills and interests in an endless variety of fields including: art, gardening, animals, outdoors, mindfulness, education, etc., as well as anyone who wants to help Berkshire HorseWorks realize their mission. No horse experience necessary! Spend some hours assisting children and families in reconnection. Or if you're an outdoor addicted animal lover, you've found your people!

We are also looking for wranglers with riding experience to lead trail rides. This is a great opportunity to get in some extra riding hours all while exercising the herd. Spend some time with those who share a passion for equines while teaching basic horsemanship on a trail ride experience!
