National Night Out is an annual event, started in 1984, to promote neighborhood camaraderie and police-community partnerships.
Since then, millions of people in 16,000 communities have taken part in National Night Out events such as block parties, festivals, parades, cookouts, and various other community events.
This year, National Night Out takes place in the Berkshires the evening of Tuesday, Aug. 6th.

Adams Tuesday, August 6th from 5:00pm-7:00pm Join us at the Adams Visitor’s Center on Hoosac Street for this great event. This annual event is going to be bigger than ever! We will have a dunk tank, music, a bounce house, police vehicles, touch a truck, free fried dough and hot dogs from the Lions Club and lots more! |
Cheshire Tuesday, August 6th from 4:30PM - 9:30PM at the Cheshire Community House. This event is all about building police-community partnerships and having a great time together as a community! Here's what you can look forward to: Tour of emergency vehicles Safety demonstrations and information Interactive activities for kids Pie an Officer game Scavenger Hunt Bouncy House Food for purchase And much more! This is a fantastic opportunity to get to know the first responders who serve and protect our small town of Cheshire, Massachusetts. Let's come together, have fun, and promote safety awareness in our community. |
Dalton National Night Out will be held Tuesday, August 6, 2024, from 6 - 8 p.m. |
North Adams August 6th, from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Municipal Field on State Street in North Adams. We are looking for any non-profit, educational, health and service organizations.
