O-La-Moon-Do Camp is thrilled to be able to invite boys and girls ages 6-16 to join us this summer on beautiful Lake Ashmere in the Berkshires! We are a co-ed international camp, with campers traveling from around the country and various other parts of the world to join us! Our camp is a language program that combines the learning of a new language (French, Spanish, or English) with the classic water and land based sports that our location offers.

We take the educational objective of our camp seriously, and are committed to providing a recreational program that mixes all the fun of a classic summer camp with cultural activities that promote language acquisition. Our brand new facility is nestled right on the shore of Lake Ashmere, in the town of Hinsdale, Massachusetts. We make the most of our beautiful location, encouraging our campers to swim in the lake as well as partake in canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding and more! Our program is designed to allow our campers to enjoy being outdoors and playing a wide variety of sports, while increasing their proficiency in their chosen language.
O-La-Moon-Do is staffed by a wonderful, international team of counselors and instructors who are native speakers of the language they will instruct in, and come equipped with experience working at camps. They work alongside our committed directors to make sure our campers enjoy learning their chosen languages just as much as all the fun they will have playing sports outside.

We also offer a unique CIT Program for rising high school sophomores and juniors (ages 15-17). This is a leadership oriented program that operates like an internship and encourages CIT’s to become positive role models for younger campers while exploring the role of a camp counselor. Our CITs have various responsibilities and duties throughout camp and participate in different college prep workshops, and service projects that will enhance their resume for college applications. We offer amazing and competitive rates for all of our programs and sessions! Campers have the choice to attend our residential camp and/or our day camp. Day campers can attend for the week, a half session (2 weeks) or a full sessions (4 weeks). Our residential sessions are 2 and 4 weeks long.
