Berkshire Baby Bonanza is Back! Saturday, April 18th

Berkshire United Way, Berkshire Area Health Education Center, and the 2026 Planning Committee invite families of infants and toddlers and expectant parents to learn about an array of services and resources available throughout Berkshire County to support parents/caregivers and children. This FREE event is Saturday, April 18, 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at The Stationery Factory in Dalton. 

The Berkshire Baby Bonanza is a resource fair for planning, expectant and new parents, caregivers and families. There will also be children's activities, snacks, raffle prizes, and giveaways.

Some of the highlights include:

» It Takes a Village: offering an assortment of baby supplies, clothing, hygiene products, books, toys, and more – all for free

» Reading nook with Drag Story Hour Berkshires

» Free diapers and wipes

» Mental health and well-being tips

The 2026 Planning Committee includes representatives from: Berkshire AHEC, Berkshire District Attorney's Office, Berkshire Nursing Families, Berkshire United Way, Central Berkshire Regional School District, Child Care of the Berkshires, Northern Berkshire Community Coalition, Volunteers in Medicine Berkshires, and WIC Central/North Berkshire.

Participating services include: child care centers, pediatricians, doulas, early intervention, free diapers, children's books, and more. The event will also feature a children's activity area, raffle prizes, language interpretation and giveaways.

Need transportation? You can ride the BRTA bus for free to Dalton - route 4, Curtis Avenue and Main Street. Plan your trip
