Get ready for a day of magical fun at the Berkshire Mountains Faerie Festival! Mark your calendars for Saturday, June 14, 202, from 10 AM to 8 PM, at Bowe Field in Adams, MA. This enchanting event promises to delight visitors of all ages, rain or shine.

The festival will feature a variety of exciting activities, including:

  • Live Music: Enjoy performances from local musicians that will set the perfect fairy-tale ambiance.
  • Vendors: Browse unique items and crafts from a variety of vendors.
  • Delicious Food: Savor tasty treats and meals from an array of food vendors.
  • Dancing: Join in the fun with lively dance sessions throughout the day.
  • Faerie Village Making: Create your very own faerie village in a whimsical, hands-on activity.
  • Fire and Archery Demonstrations: Be amazed by thrilling fire and archery demonstrations.
  • Wing Making: Craft your own faerie wings and become part of the magic.
  • Face Painting: Transform into a faerie with beautiful face painting.

Tickets are available only at the gate on the day of the event. The prices are as follows:

  • Adults (13 and up): $12
  • Kids (6-12): $5
  • Kids (5 and under): Free

Payment options include cash, credit/debit cards, and Apple Pay.

TurnPark Art Space Summer Festival

On Saturday, June 14th, 3-10pm, ground yourself and unleash your spirit during the TurnPark Summer Festival: Roots and Wings! This annual celebration of art, nature, and community features nearly 40 artists presenting  one-of-a-kind performances of music, dance, theater, and puppetry along with collective art projects, and a quest game! Come together in the beautiful and inspiring setting of a former marble quarry transformed into an outdoor museum! 

  • Uyanga Bold, whose otherworldly, chameleonic vocals are heard by millions on dozens of films (including Disney’s Mulan), and indigenous flute virtuoso Josh Geisler join Festival regulars  KlimToT & Drey project in their latest shamanic soundscape, “Songbird Saga.”
  • In “Dance with Dragons”, a huge movable dragon carries an entire Vietnamese village on its back, dancing through the park before it dives into the quarry (by Doug Fitch and Tommy Nguyen)
  • Visa to Dreamland, an interactive quest game from Luna Go and Maidibor, invites visitors to apply for a visa to the titular Dreamland, encountering whimsical characters of Slavic fairy tales along their journey. 
  • In ReConnection, NCDA Lab Theater Group uses dance, physical and object theater, puppetry and poetry to depict our connections to one another through and to our planet. 
  • Two site-specific works – “The Living Landscape” and “La Playa” – from contemporary dance ensemble OR Dance consider the structural similarities between nature and flesh.
  • In “Roots”, Uta Bekaia embodies the Chokha, reinterpreting the traditional male Georgian garment through a queer lens  with movement, poetry, and traditional Georgian singing.
  • Soul Dance with Volga Bo and Aliya Kamenshikov: a singing circle guided by the beauty and simplicity of melodies from various cultures.
  • In a workshop by the Berkshire Arts Centre participants will craft their own woodland-inspired crowns and will follow a serene, standing yoga sequence “From Roots to Crown.”
