"We are very pleased with the job Mark did in selling our home in Dalton. Mark was very knowledgeable of the entire process and helped us through each step of the way. There were several things that we needed to have done to the house in order to have it ready to sell (clean and power wash the siding and roof, minor plumbing and electrical work, minor carpentry, etc.) and Mark arranged all of the work and paid for it out of his own pocket until the closing when we reimbursed him. Although I would have appreciated a few more updates in the weeks that went by between offers, overall, Mark was very professional.
