At the Boys & Girls Club Children’s Center, children 2.9 to 6 years old will have the opportunity to explore and engage in a wide range of exciting activities. From thrilling adventures at Camp Russell to gliding on ice at our Ice Skating rink, splashing around in our swimming pool, and enjoying access to our gym, you child's experience will be nothing short of memorable. We understand the importance of providing a well-rounded education, which is why our curriculum includes both structured learning and play-base activities. Our highly trained staff takes pride in fostering a love for learning while promoting social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Our Center currently offers four programs:
1. The Explorer Room: a full day program for children 2 years 9 months - 3 years old.
2. The Sunshine Room: a full day program for older 3-year-old children
3. The Rainbow Room: a full day program for 4-year-old children
4. The SEED Program (Pre-K): a full day program for older 4- year-old children, 5 year old children and for those whose parents have decided to give their child an extra year before Kindergarten.
Children in our programs can experience all that the Boys & Girls Club facility has to offer: the skating rink, swimming pool, woodworking shop, and kitchen. During the summer months, children enrolled in the Center spend time at Camp Russell on Richmond Shores.
