Join Berkshire Art Center (formerly IS183 Art School) for free, fun artmaking events year-round in both our Stockbridge and Pittsfield studios!
At our Pittsfield location (the Brothership Building), participate in Free Drop-In Art Making, now held on the 1st Friday of every month from 5:30-7:30pm, and Free Parent & Me Art Meetups, now held on the 4th Saturday of each month from 10am-12pm.
Our Free Drop-Ins offer rotating projects for families and people of all ages to participate in at their own pace while our Parent & Me Art Meetups provide a consistent time to connect with other parents and engage in a creative art activity with your littles. Each drop-in or meetup is guided by a Faculty Artist and no registration is required to participate!Happening at our Stockbridge location (Citizens’ Hall), take part in Parent’s Night Out (with Childcare), a creative, social night out held on the 2nd Friday of each month where grown ups and children engage in separate artmaking projects connected around a central theme in different studios, each guided by their own Faculty Artist. Registration is required to join our Parent's Night Out events.
