Join Berkshire Family Hikes, GBLC, and BNRC on a FUN beginner snowshoe outing. Saturday, January 15th, 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (January 16th snow date)

If you don’t have your own snowshoes, we will have adult and kid pairs to loan! If there’s no snow, we’ll skip the snowshoes and go for a winter hike! Please bring water, wear sturdy footwear and wear layers. BNRC has a few pairs of micro-spikes and snowshoes to loan. We will review the basics of wearing snowshoes, how to layer properly, and what to look for!

Difficulty: Easy (gentle grades, easy pace)

The parking area is located between 301 and 309 State Road (Route 23) in Great Barrington. Across from the Koi Restaurant.
