This specialty class is geared for children ages 6 to 9 to explore the ancient practice of Yoga. Children will be guided through imaginative movement sequences and postures, breathing games, songs, relaxation, and meditation. Each class will have a theme revolving around a story that teaches about caring about the Self and connecting the body, breath, mind, and heart.
This Radiant Child Yoga class incorporates elements of Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga, mindfulness, and self-compassion practices. Most of all, it incorporates joyful FUN and the delight of being alive together!
* Pre-registration is required and space is limited * $120 for the 6-week series Registration can be made under the parents name and contact info. To register multiple children please contact us.
Can't make it to the whole series or just want to try it out? No problem! Single Class Passes also accepted.
