Berkshire Lyric’s Ubi Caritas Performs Two Concerts to Benefit Local Food Pantries Berkshire Lyric’s outstanding young summer chamber chorus Ubi Caritas is back in action for their annual a cappella concerts that raise money for local food pantries. They have raised $12,000 over the years. Sunday afternoon on August 6 they will perform two concerts: 3:00PM at Saint Mark’s R.C. Church, 400 West Street, Pittsfield ; and 5:00PM at Saint Joseph’s R.C. Church, 11 Elm Street, Stockbridge. They will sing some very challenging 4 to 8 part sacred and secular music: Byrd, Durufle, Holst, Whitacre, Anson Olds, a gospel set and more.
