Melville Street Bike Rodeo Block Party: Saturday May 18, 10 am to 12 pm, Free!
A free event for kids to gain valuable biking skills and have some fun!
2nd through 5th graders are invited to register for the Bike Rodeo, hosted by Massachusetts Safe Routes to Schools. There will be free bike decorations, and Berkshire Bike and Board will be providing bike safety checks courtesy of their professional mechanics.
All ages and abilities are invited to a downtown bicycle tour, leaving Melville Street at noon. Experienced marshals will be joining the ride to help escort.
Registration is highly encouraged but not required.
Riders should arrive with closed-toed shoes and a helmet.
