Description

When the leaves return, the small, colorful birds known as wood-warblers can be surprisingly difficult to see. Learning to recognize warbler songs is an excellent way to locate and enjoy these energetic little birds, even in dense forest. Indoors, we'll break down our general approach to warbler song identification and introduce you to several species found in a variety of local habitats, and then we'll go out for a walk to practice our skills. This program is designed for beginner and intermediate adult birdwatchers.
