Winner of the 2019 Macaroni Kid Family Favorite Berkshire Theater Lessons, KidsAct! & TeensAct! are exciting theatre programs for students, focused on building performance and communication skills through fun theatre games, improvisation and ensemble-based work. Students will create an original musical with their peers to be performed on the final day of the program. Students will also experience master classes from professional theatre and performing artists.

BAC’s summer camps are open to young artists ages 6-14 years old.

BERKCIRQUE CIRCUS CAMP
Circus Arts are a disciplined form of movement that appeals to people of ALL abilities! Learn to tumble, balance, juggle, while building self-esteem, physical fitness and trust in a fun, non-competitive environment. Our circus presentations come to life when each camper is appreciated for what they bring out of a unique self, blended with our circus community.

Celebrate Your Inner Cowboy/Cowgirl Through Experiential Programs Rooted in Life Skills Development! Ranch Life 101 is an authentic ranch adventure that provides a platform in nature for life skill development as children engage in developmentally appropriate experiences. In addition to the Eagala- based activities, children will have the opportunity to learn basic riding skills, burn some energy doing yoga or trail walking with their equine partners, practice team building while engaging in ranch “chores”, and use their imaginations and creativity during innovative nature- based arts and crafts. Structured for all ages and abilities, Ranch Life 101 is a unique opportunity to learn and play side by side with the beautiful therapy herd of horses and donkeys.

Berkshire Museum camps offer children going into grades Pre-K through 8 the chance to make connections between art, science, and history in the Museum’s new classrooms and throughout our galleries. Campers develop skills, create art, conduct experiments, and make new friends, all while having a ton of fun!

Designed for young music lovers, Adventures in Music gives your budding musician a solid foundation in making music in a fun, engaging atmosphere. Participants will enjoy group classes in introduction to music, chorus, creative movement, and puppetry on the tented lawn of BMS’s historic campus, as well as small group workshops in piano, drama, visual arts, percussion, and more!

Berkshire Pulse is excited to have summer dance intensives for ages 4 to 18 running June through August. Our offerings range in style and genre, from contemporary and choreography, to musical theater, hip hop, and more!

BERKSHIRE SOUTH ACTION ADVENTURES DAY CAMP
Eight weeks of summer fun offering campers a variety of age-appropriate activities and special events to make their summer unforgettable. Campers will take advantage of our facilities including our playgrounds, fields, hiking trails, and pool. From sports to creative arts to STEM, campers will have opportunities to build positive character traits and create long lasting memories and friendships.

Berkshire Theatre Group offers half-day sessions of summertime theatre classes for children ages 7-13 in Stockbridge and Pittsfield, MA.

Camp Mah-Kee-Nac overnight camp for boys is located in beautiful Lenox, Ma on the Stockbridge bowl. Mah-Kee-Nac offers 2,3,4 and 7-week sessions. Mah-Kee-Nac boasts incredible facilities and programs that include athletics, water sports, and our coveted Mak-Adventure programs.  Mah-Kee-Nac is a summer family, with a focus on community and personal growth and development. Pine Cobble School offers a summer of fun for young children, sports enthusiasts, and children who want a mix of outdoor games and mental challenges.

Riotous Youth, a summer theater program for ages 7-17, steeped in Shakespeare.

Camp Hi-Rock provides a “home-away-from-home” environment where overnight campers may stay for one to eight adventure-filled weeks. At Hi-Rock, a camper will be able to choose from over 30 program areas including archery, basketball, canoeing, creative crafts, creative writing, dance, digital photography, fishing, hiking, kayaking, outdoor living skills, paddle boarding, rock climbing, ropes course, sailing, singing, soccer, swimming, ukulele, water skiing, and more! Our main philosophy at Hi-Rock is that each child is an individual and is treated as such.
