Maple syrup season in the Berkshires is short and "sweet!" So we've rounded up a list of Berkshire County sugarhouses for you below so you don't have to waste time looking for yourself. Whether you just want to stop by to check out the tap lines, watch the sap boiling, purchase a bottle or two, or stay for breakfast, we've got a list of sugarhouses and maple syrup venues for Hampshire County,  too. * Designates restaurant. Pancake breakfasts and Maple Syrup activities run Feb. 8-April 4, 8 a.m.-3 p.m. serving delicious pancakes, waffles, and French toast with pure maple syrup at the Calf-A and offering sugarhouse tours and tastings. Sample maple products and ask all your maple questions. Tour the sugarhouse and watch the fascinating process of boiling maple sap into delicious maple syrup. COVID health and safety protocols.
