Located in Great Barrington, Berkshire Trails Camp delivers high-quality overnight and day camp experiences for ages 6–16. Our program blends sports, arts, outdoor play, and community-building to create a safe, joyful, and memorable summer.

Calling all music enthusiasts ages 9 to 13, our immersive summer camp is offering two unique weeks of music making this year where campers will be able to write, record and perform their own music!

Ranch Life 101 is an authentic ranch adventure that provides a platform in nature for life skill development as children engage in developmentally appropriate experiences. Through the powerful interaction with horses in both ground-based and mounted activities, participants will learn how to develop relationships with the herd of horses and donkeys which, in turn, will grow their own ability to apply new skills to experiences outside the ranch.

Berkshire Museum camps offers children going into grades Pre-K through 8 the chance to make connections between art, science, and history. Campers will also develop skills, create art, conduct experiments, and make new friends, all while having a ton of fun! This year’s camps are offsite at scenic Berkshire Community College due to ongoing renovations at the museum.

Action Adventures Day Camp is packed with fun and exploration! From superhero training and galactic adventures to messy science experiments and magical quests, every day is an opportunity to create, play, and make new friends. Campers also enjoy local field trips and BSRCC’s onsite amenities, including playgrounds, fields, trails, and pools. 

Young people entering grades 2–9 are invited to Camp MASS MoCA. (For the first time, MASS MoCA is hosting a camp for middle schoolers in grades 6–9 during week 1 of camp!) Participants explore the expansive campus and world-class art exhibitions and create original works of their own.

Start or continue your Irish dance and music training with Scoil Rince Bréifne Ó Ruairc this summer with weekend workshops and weeknight classes in June, July, and August. 

Classes and workshops are held at the Elks Lodge on 27 Union Street in Pittsfield.

Fun and inspiring one-, two-, and three-week Riotous Youth theater programs introduce actors ages 7–17 to Shakespeare’s language, stories, characters, and themes in imaginative and playful ways. Each session culminates in a short performance piece shared with family, friends, and Company members. 

* In order to participate in Riotous Youth, your child must turn 7 by March 2025.

Learn magic tricks -- with playing cards, magic rings, balls and cups, and more -- and enjoy swimming at Sand Springs Pool.
